We’ve personally experienced and heard from many customers and friends about serious issues with the Maverick R rear lower A-Arm bolts. These loosen while driving and, in the case of the Wicked Fab race car, resulted in a crash at over 80 MPH. The problem has been reported with stock bushings, aftermarket bushings, stock arms, and aftermarket arms.

Our locker kit drastically reduces the likelihood of that bolt backing out and gives you some extra peace of mind for what can be a serious failure. It works by sliding a splined plate over the bolt head and fastening it to a bracket which attaches to the frame.

The hardware and plates are made from 300 Series Stainless Steel so they will stay fresh and corrosion free.

The kit takes less than 30 minutes to install and comes with all the specialty tools you will need including an M6 Rivet Nut installation tool and 10mm drill bit. We even throw in a few extra Rivet Nuts in case you may need them. You have the tool after all!
